FACTS
Sri Venkateswara College is one among 47 colleges in India to be identified by UGC in 2004 as the 'College with Potential for Excellence (CPE)'. Dr. S. Radhakrishnan laid the Foundation Stone of the college on 20th August 1961. The college has an Anti Ragging Squad and an Anti Sexual Harassment Monitoring Committee dedicated to providing security to students.

Graduation Level:
- B.Sc: The College offers B.Sc course with Honours in Biochemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, Biological Science, Life Science, Zoology and Botany. Pass Courses are also offered.
- B.A: The College offers B.A course with Honours in Economics, Mathematics, Sociology, English, Political Science, History, Hindi and Sanskrit. Pass Courses are also offered.
- B.Com: Both Pass courses and Honours Courses are offered.
